Passage: Romans 5:12–21
Two Men – Two Results
Adam: disobedience / imputed sin / condemnation / death
Christ: obedience / imputed righteousness / justification / life
Preliminary Observations:
(1) Adam is a “type” or pattern of Christ (v. 14)
(2) Adam is the father of every person.
(3) Christ is exceedingly superior to Adam.
(4) Christ’s righteousness reaches all kinds of people.
