Should young children get baptized?

Godly parents want to obey the scripture and disciple their children in the faith. Many parents have good questions about baptism for their children. What should I do when my child professes faith? What does the bible say about baptizing young children? How does a water baptism change one's relationship with the church? Is there biblical wisdom on these matters?
