The Foundation Laid in Romans 14
Those in the faith will have differing opinions on non-essential matters. God knows this. God approves of this. Our opinions (matters of conscience) are solely between God and the person. Among God’s people there is no place for despising or judging… only for a profound acceptance of one another. “In a great many matters, it is a duty to have our own convictions, but it is an equal duty to allow others to have theirs. Those living in true Christian fellowship solve the problem of living together.” (Wm Barclay)
