2. Jesus Reveals His Deity… He Knew

a) Judas would betray him (13:19)

b) Peter would deny him (13:38)

c) Peter would die a martyr (13:36)

d) His own death was near (13:33)

3. Jesus Truly Human

a) Experienced distress of soul (13:21)

b) Affection for his genuine disciples (13:33)

c) Special love for John (13:23)
